What We Do
We started this business after seeing too many people get lost in the system — passed from one provider to the next, given generic plans, and left to figure things out alone. So we built something different: a support coordination service that puts people first, cuts through the complexity, and genuinely gets results.
We’re proudly local, based on the Central Coast, and deeply connected to the communities we serve — from Newcastle to Lake Macquarie and beyond.

Led by Lived Experience
SteelCity was founded by Jack Wainman, a seasoned Support Coordinator with years of frontline experience navigating complex, high-pressure NDIS environments. Jack has a reputation for stepping into the hard cases — and getting them sorted.
He hand-picked a team of Coordinators and support staff who know their stuff, care deeply, and don’t shy away from a challenge. Every member of the SteelCity team is here because they want to be — not because it’s a job, but because it’s a purpose.
